In this book, I propose an ideology called decentralization of users, against the internet of celebrities. Further, the terms fairness and unfairness are defined, which mean to support the decentralization or oligarchy of the users respectively. A case study of the qualitative evaluation of the fairness of the user discovery methods for Mastodon is also shown. I also propose the idea of the internet of subsistence, through discussing about the fairness of the monthly donation platforms.

In the internet, especially in the user-generated content platforms, the decentralization of users is highly motivated. Fairness of the user discovery methods is a mandatory feature for the many of applications of the internet.
