In this book, I propose an ideology called decentralization of users, against the internet of celebrities. Further, I define the terms fairness and unfairness which mean to support the decentralization or oligarchy of the users. The case studies also shown for the lists of the Mastodon instances and the user discovery methods for Mastodon. I also discuss about the fairness of the distribution in the monthly donation platforms.

In the internet, especially consumer generated media, the decentralization of the users is highly motivated. Fairness of the user recommendation is one of the mandatory features for many websites or services.
