# Conclusion

In this book, I propose an ideology called *decentralization of users,* against the *internet of celebrities.* Further, the terms *fairness* and *unfairness* are defined, which mean to support the decentralization or oligarchy of the users respectively. A case study of the qualitative evaluation of the *fairness* of the user discovery methods for Mastodon is also shown. I also propose the idea of the *internet of subsistence,* through discussing about the fairness of the monthly donation platforms.

In the internet, especially in the user-generated content platforms, the decentralization of users is highly motivated. *Fairness* of the user discovery methods is a mandatory feature for the many of applications of the internet.
